Non-circulating items are reserve books and periodical materials (journals, magazines, newspapers) that can be checked out, but only used within the library for up to three hours. After that period of time a fine of $1 will be charged for each hour the item is overdue. Anyone in the Dominican University New York community may borrow reserve books and periodicals. Affiliated borrowers may not.
