Do you need a book or article that the Sullivan Library doesn’t have? ILLiad is the service that the Sullivan Library uses for Interlibrary Loan. Interlibrary loan (ILL) allows users to borrow items from other libraries. To access it, follow these steps:

Go to the Sullivan Library’s home page. Under Services select Interlibrary Loan.

Click on the ILLiad link.

Log on ILLiad with the same username and password you use for the campus network.

Complete the registration form if you have not done so previously (you only have to do so once).

Choose the appropriate form for your type of request (article, book or chapter). Providing complete and accurate citation information (title, author, publication) will speed the processing of your request.

You will receive an email notifying you when your item arrives. If it is an article, most of the time, you will be able to login to your account and access it electronically. Books will be available at the circulation desk in the library unless other arrangements are made.
